Going to Batam again tomorrow, planning to stay 4 nights there. Upon checking on Agoda, room rates for Biz Hotel and Harmoni Suites almost the same, so I pick Harmoni Suites as I don't know about Biz Hotel. Maybe this is the last time I go to Batam as my cewek from Balai is going back to her hometown directly from Batam after she stay with me there for several days. Next trip for me likely to be in Jakarta
Bro, may i know which ferry company you book with, that says insurance not required already?
BRO,
It is stated in the website of the Horizon Fast Ferry that effective 31 May 2022, no Covid19 insurance is needed for those fully vacinnated travellers from Singapore to enter Batam. Cheers.

Thanks for sharing this information. Very helpful update.
If I am reading correctly from Horizon Fast Ferry's website, it also seems that 14 days "mandatory" stay in Singapore prior to traveling to Batam is no longer required....
If one is taking the ferry from Singapore to enter Batam.
If indeed true, this makes things so much easier now....
I'm at Batam now, staying at Harmoni Suites. Staffs at Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal only check my Vaccine Cert, did not check my Travel Insurance documents when I arrived this afternoon. Now I don't even need to fill up the health declaration form, staffs at Harbour Bay will fill up via their phones at check points. So basically coming to Batam now is as easy as pre-covid era, just need to bring proof of vaccination. The only problem is Harbour Front Centre still remain close and Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal seems very ineffective in handling large number of travellers, taking quite long time for security and immigration clearance there. Also costly to go there by taxi from my Bt Batok home.
Just got back from Batam after spending 2 glorious nights there..... my cab driver took me a couple of places that had just re-opened and each had about 30 girls in them. The pricing is 600K for ST and overnight is 1.3Juta.
For food, you can forget about Windsor as the place is flattened and doubt if they will do a rebuild. Instead, my driver brought me to Nagoya Food Court which is opposite Biz Hotel and the place is 3 times bigger that Windsor with hundreds of food stalls and was packed with mostly locals which meant that food prices are very affordable. There is also a live quartet playing pop music with a lovely looking SYT singer.
Good to see that Batam has survived the pandemic and looking to roar back into serving Sillyporeans like me/us.
p.s it may be a little more expensive that before but hey, even they have to erk out a living right. Where else can you be pampered and treated so well in just after a 40 min ferry ride....
Can advise on how is the quality of the gals that you come across?
Also, for overnight, can whack for many rounds or after 1 or 2 rounds, they chu pattern liao? Another thing is heard from many people that many of the gals in Batam got STDs. Wonder how true is that?
Paiseh for being noob, haven't go there before. Before Covid, all along I go Geylang because they got regular check up.

Bro, generally the girls are just ordinary at first glance but then again the old saying "one man's meat .... blah blah blah". I would rate 5.5 upon 10 despite them being in the 25 to 30 age range.
Overnight means multiple shots allowed... as to how many, i suppose it is between you and the girl.
STDs in places like Batam is not unheard off but i am not familiar with the stats..... i suppose same applies everywhere else and if you are unlucky, you might even catch something from a local Sgp girl too.
Hope my 10 cents worth helps......
