This OKT have his mood and he is rather hostile to some brothers here as always not many good girls can be found here. Only a couple like Cai san and maybe another only. Anyway the WL receives S$80 for each session of an hour and the rest goes to the OKT if the guest books the girls in 16/37 and if its an out source girl from another house or vice versa the girls still receives S$80 but the OKT will pass S$120 to the girls from outside houses and they settle with their base House OKT ( thus in this case OKT receives S$40 only instead of S$70 if guest take his girls from his house ).
