Ah Beng OKT of 1637 is in trouble. AV rejected his applications for additional WL from PRC. This is due to the complain lodged previously by her ex WLs. Now he left with only 2 WLs - Cai Shan and Jia Yi.

The following are the shits he did to the pitiful WL:

1) Pays the WL in RMB instead of Sg

2) Delay payment to the WL and only pay wherever the RMB slides against the SGD

3) Before the new WL resumes operation, she has to buy a sumptuous dinner for his old wife and him as a welcum dinner.

4) All wl must spend $$$ for promotion eg. Giving ang baos to all the OKT they frequented during CNY.
5) During CNY, the WL must give big ang baos to the Ah Beng OKT of 1637

I hope 1637 will soon be suspended by AV and the 2 existing WL can be transferred to other houses for good!

Looking back in Jan when MaxP started this thread, this house have:

-Cai Shan
-Jia Yi
-Cai Ling
-Coco
-Lili
-Renee

And then in less than 3 months, 4 out of 6 left sg. Something is seriously wrong there. Serves them right for AV rejecting their applications. But if the offences are true, why is this house not suspended like e.g. ex-2831B for 3 months, since the offences seem to be more serious? Or is it first time offence so more lenient on them? I don't know much about the history of this house so I'm just guessing.

Based on my intel, the gals cannot produce any concrete evidence against the scumbag!

If I were the gals, they should insist that he issues a receipt indicating how much he pays in RMB and make him sign on the receipt.

is it true that the OKT doesn't have to pay tax for their earnings? I heard that from a WL.

They just need to report their personal income to IRAS...

Cos the Shop Biz is not registered @ ACRA...

Although the operator are licensed by AV...

Same deadline with all Singaporean @ 15 April 2012 for submitting Form B1...

Maybe I must send a recommendation to AV thru' my MP to ensure that all whore houses accounts are externally audited by a third party qualified Auditors.

Good to hear that! And one more sin of this Ah Beng: he underpaid ($72 only) his girls for many months before finally paid them the full rate some time last year...

Lorna's WL (1651 & 2062), Jeff's WL (1817) and 2033's WL are all paid a mere $72 per session. By right it should be $80 per 60 min session which is the norm for G CAT150 PRC WL. I think the Malaysian CAT150 WL are paid $95 per 45 mins session. That is one of the reasons why the OKT prefer to bring in PRC WL.

WH17 is paid $72 per session.
