Bro, u might be right after all! Read the notice again and I thk many of us might hv got too focus on the following:
從2月18日至5月18日，用3個月的時間，對全市桑拿、歌舞娛樂場所、沐足經營場所等三個行 業，實施 全面停業整頓。

It says that there will be a 3mths period where these places will be closed to undergo rectification. That's where i jumped to the conclusion that they will remain closed for the full 3 mths. But look at pts 2 & 3:

　　1 全面停業整頓

　　從即日起，全市所有持證持照的桑拿、歌舞娛樂、沐足經營場所一律全面停業整頓。

　　2 逐一整改驗收

　　停業整頓的娛樂場所在通過整改驗收並簽訂承諾書後，方可從事經營活動。

　　3 從嚴查處整治

　　對整治期間未經驗收擅自開門營業的、拒不整改的，一律從嚴依法予以查處。

These pts actually do mean that the joint can open during this period once they passed the inspection.

There's still hope! Although I wonder aft the rectification, exactly what activities they still allow inside the joint.

Got ktv mummy tell me dun come I still in hometown due to raid. In fact two of them told me the exact same thing, with one asking me to go CQ for some fun.

If u must have changping girls than bring them to hongkong, pataya, malaysia or can stay 28days in batam. Batam easy because visa on arrival. Hotel n food cheap. Just call pzl jishi or ktv girls n they rush over. U must know them beforehand..if they fly morning they can arrive batam by 5pm.Best way to johor than go stulanng laut by ferry. Batam ktv also cheap and if bring pzl girls she can massage u and then u massage her.

guess most bro here go cp is to enjoy new stocks mah. that why 花街 is so fun, like play ground like that, at least me for lah ....if bring the same old gal to batam for 28 days must as well spend the money else where and try new stuff every day........and i hv to assume that gal u eat b4, otherwise where got so easy mobilize one.....

ZH still can play. But will be base on day to day situation.

Still can get gals to bonk, but agent advise is dun keep gals ON to avoid problem. Generally, gals also not keen to ON also.

As for spa and footie, all open as per normal. Not affected. So far so good.

But SN 99% is close. Unless underground. Play at ur own risk.

Oh, one more thing to add.

Reason dun keep gals ON is mainly due to hotel room check.

Although there is news of GA checking on hotel rooms. But so far did not heard of any arrest. More like routine check.
