no. 10 only rejoin a month ago so not currently top 30. This month should break 300+ hours so top 30 and usually once they get the 12pm slot, very hard to kick off. she also gives a decent foot massage, so she says she is 实力派 not 偶像派.
Ok, I was in CP for sometime during the yanda, so very very bored, everyday go to PZL, sometime night time go PZL instead of KTV. total spend maybe 5000 RMB over a month. Here's what I learnt; some bros surely also know so this is for bros who don't know
PZL is PoZoLim, it's located along the central throughfare of CP (Zhong Yuan Jie). It's a city landmark, so just tell the driver you want to get to PZL and he will take you there.
It's a CLEAN space, very very strict no hanky panky. even a kiss can get the gal fired. You can go there and get a foot massage, a body massage, relax in the hall, eat lunch, dinner etc.
The cost is very reasonable, at around 50 to 60 RMB/hour for a foot massage, and 130-200 RMB for a body massage (90 min).
The reason PZL is famous is because the management tends to employ only SYT. NOTE that the gals are civilians, so don't go throwing your face by trying to get them to your hotel by giving them money. Bros you got to xian cha bor.
Here are some tips:
Get to know a Account Manager - this is because they can help you book rooms, they can recommend massage technicians, they can solve problems for you. What they want is for you to buy the VIP cards. If you're planning on spending more than 1000 RMB, you might as well buy it since there's no downside.
The waiters and waitresses will not recommend technicians for you, and they will report if any employees try to do so EXCEPT for Account Managers. So if you want a cute technician recommendation, either refer to the boards, or the Account Managers.
You can eat lunch at PZL rather than going out. The food is ok
Gals work 12 hours, except for night shift that work 9 hours (7-4). Every month, the gals hours are tallied and the first 10 get to choose what slot they want (usually the 11.30 slot), and the first 30 are guaranteed the 12nn slot. Right now there are around 200+ footie gals. The rest are rotated by their groups every 10 days. Night shift is the worst as they clock the list number of hours.
Gals have quotas to meet. The main quotas are 3000 RMB of cards, and around 230+ hours. If a gal has a nice number, her quota of hours increases. It's usually 230-280 hours. If they do not meet the quota, she is penalized in salary. Her salary is around 20RMB per hour clocked, and each penalty deducts from that multiple. I am not completely sure how the system works. Also if she makes 10,000 RMB of cards she gets 300 RMB.
She can buy her hours to take a break (leave work early). It's 55 RMB per hour. IF she chooses not to come to work that day it's a total of 550 RMB. Naturally you can give her money to buy her hours.
Everyone wants to make top 30 so that they don't have to do rotating shifts. To get top 30 the mark is around 300+ hours. Gals either work like crazy and have a few decent customers that come in for 3 hours at a time, or have a patron. Some of the gals hit 400+ hours or more because some patrons are just too generous and just buy more hours than humanely possible.
Here are the list of gals that I still have an impression of
10 - petite 155 cm, Sichuanese, cute, good hardworking technique. Easy going so you can speak to her. She's not new, but she just rejoined after going back.
121 - new to PZL. In my opinion gorgeous. She's not a fair skinned maiden though. around 165 cm. Problem is she isn't good at talking, but it's something you learn. Being able to talk will propel her to at least top 30 status. For now, as long as she can't talk she can't keep regular customers entertained enough to add hours. Her massage is not bad since she's new and all the techniques are still in her head
188 - been around since forever. She's friends with a lot of footie gals in the top 30 like 110, and whenever their regular customer brings a friend or wants a doublefly they call on each other. She's ultimately the #1 in PZL in terms of hours. She can out-talk almost anybody and her eyes have this expressiveness to them. It's highly unlikely you can book her except via an advance booking and even them with some luck.
128 - She's resigned mid July. Top 30 also, but can be quite lazy if familiar with you. Not going to talk to much since she resigned already, but will probably be back again
