Bro, i think he is asking if he use singapore tel no, how much is the charge for it to receive SMS in hanoi?

I think it is chargable, not free. cos it is using autoroaming.

i believe the telco service provider will sent a sms to ur phone and it will state the valid date ...
this is what happen when i top up my bkk sim card ...

the higher amount of the top up card, the longer is the validility ...

About 90 days. And each top up of VND300k gives u another 60 days.

When I buy my VINAPHONE sim card, the vaildity is 4 mths, then i topped up 200K VND again in November, my validity extends till April. Wow, I do not know why it is so long...

I'll be in Fortuna Hotel till 29th night, then I will swap to a small family hotel in the old quaters, until 31st.

Most Hotels have internet access either free or chargable, it varies. In Fortuna Hotel they charge USD 9+ per day for internet access in my room. Some small hotels give you free access via ADSL. But even if your hotel does not have internet access, there are a lot of cafes with wireless internet access.

Wana ask you if i buy a local phone card, how do i call back to Singapore in the cheapest way ?

Like if i'm in Thailand i use +009-65-phone number to call SG very cheap

As a result, major savings for you and at the same time, u can give ur Vietnam number to those Viet mei mei to call you and they still do not hv ur Singapore number so they cannot disturb u when u with your Lion King in singapore.

U can buy the SIM card from the departure area in the airport, and buy the top up card too.
