Have been to Hanoi a couple of times and my last trip was about 2 months back. I stay near the Old Quarter and there are really a lot of massage places everywhere. Problem is a lot of them use young girls outside to entice you in then once you go in, its older ladies servicing you.

I have tried Sen Spa (quite atas with good pricing), massage is superb and no service.
