By reading your contributions, i think they have made this thread alot more interesting and adventerous, seriously...Sugardad has got some nice stories to tell too. Especially amazed with his night out at the "local joint" (i wonder where this joint is located !!! )where he was swarmed by 5-6 waitresses. Anyway, might be dropping by Hanoi soon, first time actually. but either b4 or aft CNY. Well no point asking where is nice to go to. You will probably tell me it depends on what i want. Recommended to this forum from a good cheong-ing friend as I am about to be in Hanoi soon...most likely staying ard old quarters. Must say that your contributions really made this thread more interesting n adventurous. Not to exclude the "steaming" personal stories from Sugardad about his experience at the local joint (Which n where is this joint located?????). Anyway, will be visiting this thread again for more updates n hopefully the chance for meetup when i arrive.

The place SugarDad went is Ho Guom Xanh. However i must warn that NOT everyone can score like him.. basically because:
1. He sitting alone also open big bottle of expensive liquor, that attracts a lot of attention.
2. That night he went early.. so girls outnumbered guys
3. he is sitting at a strategic location..
4. he is quite good looking
5. he was not wearing any underwear .... kidding ;-)

But basically, when u get to a good location anywhere in hanoi, if u show the right signs.. girls will flock to u like bees to honey.

Ho Guom Xanh (pronounce as Ho Guan Seng) and it is right in front of Hoan Kiem Lake, the road goes one way anti clock wise round the Hoan Kiem Lake. There is a nice ice cream palour for ice cream lovers at the corner. It is a local style club with live perfomance and with plenty of waitresses serving drinks and they will join in the fun during the stage performance and drink with you too. Bout the good looking part, i think i have no choice but to stick to carrying my "not so good looking" looks n walk in with confidence , unless i opt for reincarnation. Oh perhaps plastic surgery is faster. Sorry for late reply. Just got back from China.

Daewoo Hotel has a KTV attached, operate much the same way as Boss of Fortuna. u can go sit at Lounge area where the girls are sitting, pick a girl, go quiet corner for a beer before asking her to go room for round 2. If u hv no language barrier, can also ask girl to be ur tour guide next day, includes A-Z in ur hotel room.. price negotiable and better left un-negotiated if she neber even ask.

About the good looking part.. for u and SugarDad.. let me tell u this.. i can understand what SugarDad is saying about he being an average looking guy. If u still in Hanoi .... walk out of ur hotel along the driveway to the exit where there is an ATM by the side of the main road (Yen Phu), turn Right and walk for about 50 meters and u will come to a local hotel with a sign for Massage.
