Warning / Precaution : For those who din buy luggage, travel with handcarry luggage. I travel from SGP to HCMC with a hand push small luggage(small size), Jetstar didnt reject me. But when I transit at HCMC's TSN airport and carry on to Hanoi on Jetstar, they reject me. Told me that the luggage cant carry up to the aircraft. Need to pay 200,000vnd and check-in. KNN, no time liao so LL has to abide

Hmm, language barrier can be a handicap. Was in China for few times and never taken advantage off.. haha

Anyway, was trying to look for lobangs, trying to locate bbbj shops, then come across this massage. Most ladies are showing half balls as i thought its a bargain.

Go in and the owner told me the charges is VDN 120k for 70min. So, why not? Proceed to go up and got a surprise. Its a open concept and customers are just side by side. But still ok, since its on VDN 120k.

The massage was good. I would rate is 8/10 with good strength apply on your stiff neck and calf.

When time is up, I thought of being nice and tipping the lady. So wanted to pass her VDN 100k. Then she shake her head and said 20 more? So i thought shes collecting the massage fees on behalf of the owner. Well, i gave her VDN 200k then tell her to keep the change.

Later, the owner ask me to pay the VDN 120k lor. Then he tells me, normally 50k tips is enough

Later come to think of it, should come out with 100,000vnd and ask that person to allow me to bring the small luggage up into the flight.

Let continue my FR on my sight-seeing trip on Hanoi.

After arriving at Hanoi Noi Bai airport, dun know which taxi to take ( Din do research b4 going ). Lucky get to know that Jetstar has bus to Hoan Kiem District. Pay 30,000vnd for the ticket. Take abt 30+min to reach the destination. As my hotel is at the Old Quarter, I take a taxi to reach my hotel. Abt 40-50,000vnd on taxi, can't remember liao.

After doing a research on this thread, found that the taxi at airport will charge a flat rate of abt 230,000vnd to reach old quarter.

Check in hotel at Luong Ngoc Quyen street, one of the 36 streets in old quarter. Per room charge is US$18. I told the manager that I pay by VND so he charge me at 18*20,000=360,000vnd.

Having gone from Hanoi for about 3 months, i find things have changed quite exaggeratingly. what i mean is the price and tips etc.

my first two nights entertaining my customers at Hanoi and Fortuna ktv, the tips for the gals are now 300-400k instead of the pass 200k.
wow...that is a 50-100% hike!

A quick FR of a msg palour i went to recommended by a fellow sbf brother.

Location: Sa**ra Massage (about 5-8mins walk from Hanoi Hotel)

Went in, saw the price list at the reception. wat the heck, all are VIP packages, so opt for the cheapest one, 390k for 90 mins.

Was then lead to a room. Nice clean room with suana, bath tub, bed and even a nice fish tank just beside the bath tube. i meant REAL fishes in it, so you can enjoy the view while having your soak in the bath tub.

Gave a small tip to the guy who lead me in and ask him to bring me a pretty gal. Ok, not disappointed with the recommendation. A small size cute gal with soft C cups assets. wow...

The tips are always 300K and above. Boss is always for foreigners, I dun recall paying tips at 200k.

u shld come hcm ma... can get cheaper rates n better quality girls... this kinda of place is 200k all included... but i nvr been to hanoi till nw... will try next yr but too bad snr master namelo no longer stationed there... haix...
