haha...can be 20k to 100k difference...enough to buy one T-shirt at CBT or eat a good breakfast cum lunch...

Yes, once I changed S$10,000 and the difference was alot...

Sorry to say. The difference u say of 100k is in d1. If u change in d8 u will likely get worse rates.
So it makes sense to go cbt change.

Just ignore! Best put him into ignore list. H88 already placed him. He had nothing to share except flaming. In fact dun think he been to HCM.

Sorry to say that you need to explore yourself. There are many places for fun in Vietnam but what fun you required. 1 simple trick is to use Wechat and you will find all the FL there.
