I agree with you, Zack. That day I went down to the place for the first time. Decor is nice from the outside, but once inside is totally different. The sauna is very small, max of 4 people squeeze like sardines. The TV room is just beside the recep, and if you walk pass, a bit paiseh with the towels. Usually, I will go to HC to sleep and watch TV, but all seems very uncomfortable. Moreover, the cofffee needs to order from the auntie. L3 very smart as it makes you feel awkward to keep on asking for drinks. Stingy, in a smart sense. Sammi told me most of customers just sauna or massage and leave. In future, I will consider very hard before going again, as like what some of the bros said, I will like to go to HC and laze around. BHC is better in this area. Some more, the entry fee for L3 more expensive, but less facilities. Not really my idea of value.....

For those interested in Sammi, a simple FR for you:
Looks wise, quite sweet. Meaty type, but sexy. Boobs are ok, just a handful. She is chatty. Some bros were arguing abt the price of 120..... me unhappy too. I was there last week, their business is very good. I went with my fren at 8+. I saw 4 customers at the counter & after they went in, the recep told me only 1 gal available. So my fren took her. I just sat at the sofa, later on, Sammi finished her work & want to log off. But she saw me there, so extend her working hour to service me.

Well i think the blame for the all the unhappiness and dissatisfaction about the commercialization should go to the many recommendations posted in this forum. The once exclusive place is very mass market now. Just thinking of the higher risk of contracting diseases turns me off. Hiya, i miss Sammi's AR. Now let her do to me for free I also don't dare.

About last week.... can't remember the exact date. I went during lunch time. Sorry for any bros who are not comfortable with the details of my FR. Maybe that is called an FR..... and that is what happened, for the benefits of other bros. Just like wat some pple got special attentions like AR and others got frenching. But this is between the customer and WL, maybe timing and mood. Once again, sorrie for any unhappiness caused. In case you are worried abt the effect this has on rice bowls of WLs, it has not much of an effect, as others had posted their details before too and the girls are ok. Sometimes, the WLs' services improved and their business better, as they understand even better the needs of fellow bros, not just those SOP stuffs. I read before abt a cust who requested to bonk the girl in a pink dress..... hehe. Think through my thoughts pls.

I am like bro Zack who find L3 not friendly, although L3 has a lot of customers. But it is a bonk and go..... gone to BHC go almost 5 yrs now, since Allson days. Others are like PB in Marine Parade. I always sit there, take my time for a drink and watch TV and girls. And that is friendly.

The male boss whom I have spoken to strikes me as proud and unreceptive to my positive feedback... like a bureacratic government official.

Will give the joint a miss until the frontline staff improves their customer relations attitude... perphaps their business has become so good that they become arrogant.

Welcome to the club. Me noticed this arrogant attitude too from boss and recept. When you are slightly late for your appointment, they will tell you in your face but when they run late on your time slot, they just give all sort of excuses and make you wait. Some more some time show you coloured face eh....a bit unfriendly leh. Last week witnessed a not so pleasant scene between boss and a group of about 3 "customers". Apparently this group of people came into the place to check it out and sat at the small TV room to TCSS and drink kopi and of course to observed the gals. They told boss that they did not have any piror bookings and were here to look-see and check if any gals would interest them. Boss apparently not happy and told them in an unfriendly way that currently all full house! One member of the group took immediate offend with the remarks and let go a string of expletives....geeeze. They threw some coffee on the floor and walked out. Admittedly the boss has his right but I thought that he should be a little bit more tactful. Perhaps the "customer" had short fuses as well.

In fact, I have been pretty pissed off with the arrogant attitude of the management and recept. for quite some time but have chosen to remain tolerant and silent as I did not want to create any unpleasant scenes. Looks that others are not so tolerant and have expressed their displeasure to the haughty boss.

BTW, I thought that " the customer is always right" in the service industry and if the establishment persists in being unfriendly and tactless, the customer has an equal right to take his money and patronise other HCs... remember L3 is not a monopoly unlike Singapore Powers.

You are right. We have choices. That is why I've decided to stay away from this place and spend my $ on other "play grounds". It's not a happy decision for me as I've been patronising Legend for a long while and I've grown fond of some of the gals. I feel a little sorry for the gals as it is not a pleasant environment to be making a living and a few of their better gals had left. I guessed the heat has also gotten to them. We each have our views of the new place but I'm diappointed. Some will beg to differ from my views but that's OK. To each his own really. I'll move on.

You say stay away, but you keep appearing in L3. Are you trying to keep this place for yourself? Ke ke ke. And every time you appear, you also witness come unpleasant scene. What a coincidence. I feel that if you do not like this place just give it a miss. Otherwise people might mistaken you for the boss of another HC.

Anyway, we are free to choose where to go. If we don't like a certain place, move on. This is the freedom of choice. I for one stopped going to BHC because it doesn't look too clean. DHC use to be good to but a little run down now. I kinda like Tropical. Too bad it's now close.

The bottom line is "different strokes for different folks". Opinions might differ but ultimately, let or pockets decide where we can get best value for our dollar.

L3 has its fair share of followers since ANA days (Boulevard b4 that). It's concept remains more or less the same catering to the executive crowd. If you want a place to spend the whole afternoon, then L3 is not the place. I guess why I never had any unpleasant experience is because I know the counter staff since ANA days and I usually pre-book my sessions. If I'm press for time, I even call the counter from the carpark to get a room ready for me so I'll just zoom in and out. My 2 cents worth.
