BJ bars is a term that was coined in the 70s during the time when the US forces were stationed in Clark. As the men had to be back in base by 2359 hrs... they cannot book girls for LT so the bars came up with ST for these servicemen.During those days most of the bars were located along Santos street. Fields ave was a shopping street and Perimeter was part of the airbase so there were no bars yet on these streets.

Because of a shortage of rooms for boom boom.... the most convenient way for these servicemen to get their rocks off was by being BJ by the bargirls.
