Mutton in Philippines ? The only place serving mutton in Baguio regularly is a Pakistani restaurant.

There is goat and beef but not so common

Don't believe his stereotyping. Dog meat is not common and there's enough goat and beef available .. nobody has to substitute that with expensive dog meat ..

No offense, you been in baguio ? Selling of dog meat is non existent here. It's not allowed .. and it's not accepted... Though i have seen folks buying dogs .. it's not a much in demand delicacy like Korea. PS, there's a big Korean population here .. maybe they are the end buyers of dog meat ?
