With the pressure the new mayor is putting on us, don't be surprised if prices reach the levels seen in Makati or Manila. There's no point running a bar if it can't make money rite?

Some updates -

Lovers Paradise on Raymond street is open again.

Updates

Many of the AGG bars upped their prices again by P5-10.

Red AGG has opened up on the ground floor of the Dollhouse Hotel, but the drinks are expensive – P125 for a small bar with not so many dancers. The bright red seats are also overkill.

Sister AGG has replaced the Gangnam Style bar. If I remember right, dancers wear street clothes. Also very hot inside.

The new Dragon Den has opened where the old one used to be. Still have to climb up those steep stairs. One of their door girls, Lhen, is hot, but her BF is P4,000!!!

After School has moved up their starting time again. Now they open at 1 pm, but a lot of the girls trickle in after that. They have a full house by 2 pm.

The 3 BJ bars closest to the chapel were closed by authorities because of minors. Prince of Wales, the bar closest to King’s Head, managed to stay open cause all their girls are “old”. The bar next to Prince of Wales, Lonely Paradise Resto Bar, reopened last week. Prince of Wales used to be on A. Santos. Prince of Wales and Black Pearl are now very low-keyed – no girls yelling at ya.

Hard to believe that the 3 bars were closed down because of a religious festival. The chapel has been holding such festivals with kids running around for years with the bars open.

Shadow was closed in the afternoon because of minors, but Black Pearl was allowed to stay open. Surprised Shadow still had minors even though the Raymond Street bars got raided and closed down earlier.

Lollipop was closed for a couple days. The authorities hauled off all the girls in jeepneys before midnite.

Chowking has move to the new row of buildings opposite Jollibee. There are a bunch of restaurants and cafes there.

The outdoor Muslim market next to the old Central Pacific Hotel has closed.

Body Shop apparently closed for a couple days. Seemed like there was some renovation, but didn’t get a chance to check it out.

McDonald’s is offering a free refill on their large brewed coffee, which tastes pretty good.

A friend BFd a dancer at Angel Witch 2 nites in a row. BF was P2,500.

Weather has changed drastically from freezing cold to hot.

Yes, the terminal looks really nice now. The big jets going to the Middle East now use the airbridges on the upper floor, but Tigerair pax still have to walk out to the plane parked on the tarmac. Departure tax was P600.

Flite from BKK to Clark only had 13 other pax.

Grandview Hotel / Condo was on fire early this morning. Firefighters fought throughout the night and manage to conquer the blaze at dawn. Initial report say the fire was started deliberately. Some men were seen igniting the fire at the tyre shop adjoining the hotel.
