Just withhold payment and only pay them in the morning

Do what my colleague did. He book a dancer and supposed to pay 1800p as barfine to the bar. He call the manager to guarantee the dancer will not do a runner on him but the manager cannot guarantee. So he pay the bar only 1000p which was their portion of the barfine while the dancer share was to be 800p. He kept the dancer share and told her in the presence of the manager and mamasan that he will hand over the 800p to her in the morning + additional tips if her service is good. The dancer stayed until lunchtime
