This weekend is long weekend, due to National Day. So can forsee that a lot of tourists mixed with chiongsters will flood Batam. Be prepared that many bros come to Batam and sing Marikita & Majulah Lit Bro , so level of services and sextifaction will be reduced (not much to be reduced anyway). I passed by Habour Front today and found that they have started to deploy gates/ men for tomorrow's long long queue.

a note to would be cheongsters during the puasa period,the local islamic councils has agreed to adopt a 3/3/3 total shut down of all entertainment premises i.e pubs,cafes,massages parlors etc.
3/3/3 = 1day before ramadan (9/8)day1 and day2,day 14,15,16, last 2day before hari raya n hari raya.
the final decision would come from the local goverment though....
a 1/1/2 shutdown peroid was adopted last year but why all these changes n meetings eventhough its a yearly affair???mayb pak p and his minister for agama can shed some lights on this...
