There are more than 1 hotel in this area, near Hallo hotel. If you are seasoned hunter, and know how to comb this place, I recommand you ask the taxi driver to drop you at Formosa hotel( 2 minutes walk away from hallo hotel), and you set on foot to recce the place on your own. Save the commission. From the list provided here in this thread, you can find a lot of info where to look for chicken farm liao.

Just list the names for your convient sake.

New Berlian, Indah2, Femina, Queens are within walking distance from this hotel. Dynasty99 KTV, is next to queens too. There is a KTV in formosa hotel too.
As for massage, places, there are plenty to choose from this area. Dessy, Linda are all old chicken, or milf, seldom younger ones. Beside Indah2 are fortune, top1, flamingo. All massage. Hotel hallo infront got a canal, and over it are a row of shophouses, got a bridal shop, they are beside it.

That is about it in this area for speicals.

If you want to try out flower, Newton Spa, it is the road straight down from Indah2, parallel to the canal, towards a T junction, 2 minutes walk, turn left. The new shop houses. Newton Spa is unqiue looking, about 4 storey high, cant miss it.

Night time, maybe after 10pm then open. So much I can say.
