Ogling and checking out girls

I feel like I have a problem. I'm 19 years old and every time I'm out in public, I tend to check out almost every girl I see and it really distracts me sometimes. Today I did a test to try and control my urges by only glancing at the faces of girls I see and made a little bit of progress, but not as good as I would like. I masturbate frequently, which makes me feel like maybe I'm a sex addict? My eyes can't help but look when I see somebody walking by with a tight pair of jeans, or a short skirt, or a low cut shirt. Again, I'm not proud of this and I'm looking for some tips on what I can do or maybe something for motivation. Maybe bros here can help out?

Think its pretty normal for a young guy like you to feel this way. Afterall, you are at the age where u want to explore the mystery behind the cloth..

There is nothing wrong with ogling and checking out girls. I like to stare at sexy, young, pretty looking girls who dress to kill or wear real sexy too. I mean if the girls wanna dress like that, then be prepared to be stared at.

However, you should try to control and learn how not to always check girls out. Sometimes, there are always ah bengs and unreasonable people lurking around or from a distance from girls. LOL. Sometimes when you stare too much or long, people may just try to find trouble and pick a fight with you.

So yes, there you go. You should still learn how to control your urge.

One thing you can do is to exercise? join a gym and work out with weights. You can also stare at girls at the gym and it's almost always safer than the streets or at clubs. It doesn't hurt to be bigger size/stronger and have a better build. It may even help you when you ogle and check girls out!

Hey bro..u are only 19..and at this age what u feel is perfectly normal. Get busy with other activities like joing the gym (mentioned by LustE), go play games in arcade or chit chat with your friends... AVOID looking at porn when u are bored and watch cartoon instead(i dont mean porn hentai). Since you have this problem when u are out, try to limit your outdoor activities too. stay at home more often

It's alright to ogle at girls, if u didn't, u should start worrying.

Before you go out, masturbate, you'll feel less sexual and less urge to look at hot girls.

HOWEVER, I agree, there are some girls who purposely try to sabo you and make you look at them. In this case, bo bian, just stare lor.
