i know my own timing, so i always pay $80 with my regular gal, sometimes extend to $120. for u, u better just pay 40 first, if the girl has gd attitude, extend the session. she'll intercom over to the OKT. U pay the extra after everything. if her attitude is fucked up, i suggest you try another girl with the money. alternatively, if u want to risk full $80 bucks just whip out two fifty dollar bills and the OKT will know what to do
