It just same like wechat. The one on wechat message is just the operator. Once they have prospect, they will either despatch girl from their source which is FL (rare) or from boss running those spa/working girl.

During prime, many tables group of local people boy/girl/uncle/aunty sitting but only staring at their phone and hardly talk, those are operator. But wechat is having problem in hcm in the paqst 8-12 months. Seems like government is behind this. Wechat ID kept reported hence those operator keep losing their ID.
