Looking at the descriptions, it should be somewhere at those shop houses at Bugis Village (Victoria Street) or The Bencoolen (Opposite OG Bugis) or Tan Que Lane Street there. Depending on what TS exactly meant by food streets, all the above locations has food stalls, eateries & restaurants.
