Paid up and the NETs receipt indicated the building next door. Don't remember what she was yapping about when I stepped out, only I was rollling my eyes and shaking my head.
Now thinking back, I should have paid up $30 and leave immediately upon hearing the $200. Not familiar with the area but rates way too far from market rate, I believe. That's what I am going to do from now on. Hopefully be a lesson for all as well.
