Details might be slightly different, but generally they start to bait people on platforms(e.g. Tinder, Line etc.) with chiobu pictures.
- Once added will offer their services to the guy.
- Guy agrees and go to agreed location.
- Some random dude will ask the guy to buy whatever card(apple,alipay etc.) for deposit and whatever nonsense.
- So if the guy refuse then that's where all the threatening messages come.
- If pay the first time, they will come up with more nonsense to extort more money...
Moral of the story, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true.
