Any scenario is possible. Could be that guy is a staff of an interested organisation from Malaysia, sent to AC to be an asset. Could also be asked to play an asset role after he is accused of a crime in AC. As a means to be let off easier on his offence. Could even be a willing volunteer asset since he is angry to see the happenings in AC.

Whats interesting is that many in AC think that most indians are malaysians.
