1) You go 1649 and call 1649 WL.
You pay $150.
The WL gets $80. The 1649 OKT gets $70.
2) You don't like house 1649(be it room cleaniness, OKT attitude, etc), you prefer to patronize house 1606 and still want to see your favourite WL from 1649.
You can go to 1606 and call your 1649 WL over.
You pay $150.
The WL gets $80. The 1649 OKT gets $40. The 1606 OKT gets $30.
