Visiting Tuesday. Rowell safe or not?
Hello,
Whenever I visit SG, I go to Rowell street very late like 2am and spend time with one of the LBs who walk the street at that time of the night. Now with all these stories of raids I am completely confused: Is it safe to see these street ladies? Or is the area under surveillance? Are the houses, lilike h79, still operating or not?
