ehh remember in the RWs thread got something about blur prc croupier want to draw card even at 20 or something... but got ka po pit boss stop her.... all player hate the ka po pit boss....
so in experience dealer can work both way okay...
imagine if croupier draw at 4 cards value = 20 WOOTX
this kind of mistake how can experience croupier make....
remember, the sword has two edges
