You are making the assumption that your wife is somehow the "victim" of his advances but I doubt very much if this is the case.
Women know how to send out the right signals when they want to bond with a member of the opposite sex.
When a woman signals that she is available there are very few men in this world who would say "Sorry I'd love to have sex with you but because you are married I decline.".
Take the fact that the guy is attracted to your wife as a compliment because I have many friends whose wives I would not fuck even if they offered me money to do the deed. They are that ugly.
