Soi 4 is now so infested with Mid Eastern guys and Africans that the Russkies have left the area because it affected their trade as genuine clients are reluctant to venture into that slum to look for them. Also there are now more police/army activity in the area too as the authorities keep a closer watch on these nationalities.
