Hi,

I think you should strive for the following

1) try to further your skills sets by going thru training and get a better pay job
2) try to settle with a local girl. With a foreign bride, frankly speaking the expenses will be higher than with air tickets and family support included.

Thai or Viet it doesn't matter. Even if they marry here, you will be more burdened due to extra expenses. A local wife ( Singapore or Malaysian ) , are more capable to bring in some income and support each other.

We must consider everything. Marriage is a long term thing. Don't tire yourself out both financially and emotionally.
