Just to add on regarding withdrawal of cash from chinese atm using our local sg atm card; all overseas withdrawal of cash has been disabled by the local sg banks. If u wanna withdraw, u need to call back to sg and speak to the bank contact centre to turn it on for u.
Otherwise, none of the atms in chinese can let u draw cash.
