I went to pribta-tangerine.com which is located right in the center of BKK with MRT access, it is a HIV research clinic, you go in and see a doc and they will test you for HIV and others for 500b, prep made in India (Teno-em) is 525 Tbh which about 15USD.
everyone there speaks English, it is a massive clinic and you see regular thai people going there too. 100% recommended.
