my impression is nowadays the boob jobs are high tech liao... the saline bag (better feel than silicone) is inserted from the armpit area. so no more scars at the base of the boobs. those who have scars at the base of the boobs should have done their boob jobs some time ago (which also means they are milf category liao LOL).
oh I think insert from nipple also have, but not very sure
