Yup, that's true. There are girls out there that will let you chitchat and snack with them. They won't really chase you away. Unless they have a customer waiting. But might also depend on their impression of you i guess.
If the girl changes attitude towards you as a regular, probably means she found a better customer who can take care of her needs.
