If you're taking other medication like me, I got HTN, then its best to consult your GP at least the first time for a health clearance. I started on 50mg sildenafil and that's been enough for me, have not had to increase it.

Note prices: Viagra brand will cost you more, while the generic sildenafil will be about $60 a box of 4x 100mg. I'm not so sure as I haven't bought from my GP since 2019 - brought back a supply from Thailand where its a lot cheaper (like same price I bought 6 boxes).
