Here is nagaworld terms, sometimes nagaworld make mistakes eg on my recent Feb trip, nagaworld sent me email said can exchange 180 pts for two nights stay n when I reach nagaworld they say cannot and then I showed them the email and finally they give in after telephoning their manager.
