My mum is sick and cannot work and my dad is retrenched so I had to start working immediately after O levels.

You should get government grant through MP recommendation or our Chinese chamber association to help you for your study when young.
You have wasted your good academic results (8 A1s and 1 A2) for O levels ).
Now you can study part-time diploma 1st
