吉"ji" in Teochew/hokian pronounce as "kek"
That why the signboard said "kek leng"
吉龍 (auspicious dragon)

Sorry sorry, i mis-read the wording,hehehe...already amended the post itself for the correct "word".
One stroke away from the Chinese word 吉 (ji) becomes 古 (gu),hehehe...see, they look almost similar but meaning is entirely different.
Apologize for the confusion over the mis-spelling on my part.
Cheers!
Side notes :
Anyone realize quite a handful of good noodle shops in Batam has their shop sign board ending with the word, Long(龍)? “Long” (龍)means Dragon in Chinese.
