Correct my lousy interpretation , never study much when was young. Meaning u can make deals privately thru PMs and other methods by being stealth agent? As long as u dun post publicly u are offering this and that service? U can arrange by going around pm-ing unsuspecting samsters or interested one? So moderator encouraging stealth agents instead?
