By that, I meant the tool would become soft after a while during intercourse. It would also become soft when masturbating. Waking up to a harden tool has reduced drastically too.
I do not want to depend on stuffs like Viagra to sustain the erection. Would be going to try Juagen soon but I heard it is not a long term solution too.

The main cause is likely a weaken cardio muscle. The cardio muscle located in the heart pumps blood to all areas of the. The blood circulation will remove harmful stuff from the in body. The principal is similar to engine oil in car engines which lubricate & clean the engine. When a heart is strong, all area of the body will be strong.
Erection is a scenario whereby large flow of blood is required to sustain. Therefore, here are the possible causes of weaken cardio muscle:
1) Lack of cardio exercise like running.
2) Too much phlegm.
3) Wind in the stomach which leads to constipation.
4) Weaken prostate by the above.
5) Huge penis which’s overly thick & long.
We need a bit of wind to aid our shit out in the morning. If there’s too much wind, the wind will stimulate the prostate to create erection in the morning.
