Does any know where is the best rate currently offered in Singapore?

If I want to change large amount, like in SGD20-30K, is it better to TT to Malaysia bank account? Again, what is the TT rate? Any place to recommend?

do not try get it over the custom as msian immigration needs you to declare otherwise you get caught. your cash will be stuck for donkey years.
