茂县山体垮塌挖出3名幸存者已送医院 系1家3口

　　中新网成都6月24日电 （安源刘美岑）24日6时许，四川省阿坝州茂县叠溪镇新磨村突发山体高位垮塌，造成河道堵塞2 公里，初步估 计40余户100余人被掩埋。

　　灾害发生后，四川省公安厅迅速启动I级特大型地质灾害险情和灾害应急响应，按照四川省委省 政府、公安部 的统一安排部署和领导指示，迅速行动，立即开展救援处置工作。

　　四川省委常委、政法委书记、公安厅长邓勇率队坐镇省公安厅指挥大厅，实时调度指挥开展现场 救援处置工作 。一是公安民警、武警、消防官兵300余人和30台大型设备正在现场全力抢救被困人员。二是交 警部门全面加 强灾区及出入灾区沿线道路交通管控，开辟从成都主城区到灾区专用救灾通道，从德阳、绵阳、眉山 3市抽调13 0名警力赶赴灾区做好沿线执勤值守，全力保证救援“生命线”畅通。三是省公安厅迅速从成都市及周 边调动消防 救援力量542人，带领搜救犬23只，生命探测仪16具，赶赴现场开展救援。四是积极协同卫生 、医疗等部门 做好救治伤员等各项工作。五是协同地质部门全面排查周边安全隐患，防止发生二次灾害。六是阿坝 州公安机关正 全力配合当地党委政府做好救援工作。七是全力备足手电、帐篷、强光灯、雨鞋、雨衣等救援设备， 做好应急通讯 保障。八是抽调周边市州51名法医组成17个工作组做好DNA鉴定支援准备。

　　据了解，截至目前，公安机关已成功救出3名被困人员，救援工作正在全力以赴紧张进行。（完 ）

图为事发村庄已被夷为平地。阿坝公安交警提醒：现场除救援车辆以外，禁止社会车辆进入，全州所 有货运车辆（ 救援车辆除外）禁止驶入茂县境内，通过汶川、理县、马尔康西洞口、红原、若尔盖绕行。

另据茂县人民医院提供信息，就在刚刚，救援人员已挖出三名被埋人员，已经送至茂县人民医院救治 。
