Are these Herpes?
Red bumps appeared on the left side of my lower back roughly 2 weeks after sex with gf.
Mild itch and no pain. No tingling sensation prior to appearance of rash as well. It's been 5 days. Thank you. |

Does not look like Herpes to me.

Since you mentioned that its on your back, it could just probably be heat rash

Sometimes bacteria or fungal. Nowadays, rashes are super confusing. Even doc also need more time to examine the rashes. Bacteria, Fungal, Virus all caused rashes.

My guess is heat rash. Most std rash is on the palms and soles of the feet.
