I believe "dumps" means a huge database of contacts. Companies buy these customerlists to market their products to the contacts contained within. Not sure if I'm right,TS perhaps you wanna clarify?

No all of them are credit cards. But its differentiated.

Dumps are purely the magnetic strips' information encoded into another clone card. Dumps can only be used face to face in a shop.

Fullz (live) are the full information related to the card. DOB, address etc.
