Is that really needed? Do the usual pills not work?

yup, not much effect anymore. injection and vaccum erection device are out of question, left only shockwave therapy (may not work for all also, and heard not that cheap, one session 400 ?) and this penile implant.

Last resort? Have you tried all the available meds? There are four FDA approved - Viagra, Cialis, Levitra and Spedra.

Also each med is available at different strengths. Have you tried the higher dosages?

Before implant there are also other procedures that can be done like sclerotherapy of the penile veins and stenting of the pudendal artery

Did a search on this on youtube.. i think they just replace the spongy tissue in the penis with some sort of liquid filling tube.. need to store the pump inside balls.. bright side of it.. you can simply just get erect anytime you wan and somehow you are always at your erected length. :D imagine bionic penis can have sex all day long.

something else which i don't see is how the head part becomes erect..

yea, imagine the ego boost if someone is a grower and not a shower. perm penis enlargement.. every coin has 2 sides. however, mechanical device still mechanical.. maybe has some kind of lifespan to that device which need op to maintain. that's the scary part

i would think that the most important question to ask the doc about such implants is how long they actually last. as much as bionic penis sounds like an amazing idea but having to go back every few years for "maintenance" could be a problem in long run.

agreed. asked mainly out of curiosity now wondering about the potential problems in the long run.

Important question is whether with implant, got feeling or not. Can orgasm properly or not. Or it feel more like a gal wearing a dildo and thrusting with no feel.
