I tried having sex a couple times but I personally having the feeling that my penis is too small. Then on top of that when the lady tries to put it in. It just deflates really quickly. What is wrong?

Unless it's really, really small, I think size is not important as long as you can get it up, and it stays hard enough for you to have sex and ejaculate. Are you able to masturbate? If that's not an issue, you could try either Viagra, Cialis or Levitra to help things along.

You can try various things like exercise and less frequent masturbation, but they may or may not work. If it's a case of gradual onset ED, the meds are a quick fix.
