PICTURED: Tragic twin brother and sister, 23, electrocuted to death during Hurricane Nicole - while woman's baby sat in car
Twins Khalil and Kianna Sapp, 23, were traveling through suburban Orlando as Hurricane Nicole barreled through the area when they encountered a downed power line
Khalil became engulfed in flames when he was electrocuted as he attempted to move the line, he was pronounced dead at the scene
