"Invisible Trade II: Secret lives and sexual intrigue in Singapore" by Gerrie Lim

In this long-awaited sequel to the 2004 Singapore bestseller "Invisible Trade", journalist Gerrie Lim delves deeper into the workings of the Singapore sex industry.

Whereas the original "Invisible Trade" focused only on foreign women providing high-class escort services in Singapore, "Invisible Trade II" explores the industry from multiple angles with stories of local girls living double lives, interviews with KTV mamasans, local students offering BDSM on the side, an exposé of Filipino delights at Paramount, the confessions of a male escort in Singapore, the impressions of an international sex tourist visiting Geyland and Orchard Towers, and theories as to why guys habitually look for sex in this secretive world.

"Invisible Trade II" is on sale from 15 August 2008 at all good bookshops in Singapore for S$18.95 before GST, and can be bought at 30% discount (only S$13.23 incl. GST :)) direct from the publisher's website (http://monsoonbooks.com.sg/bookstore/product_info.php?cPath=22_25&products_id=88) (delivery by Singapore Post in a plain brown envelope :D).

I'll make a guess on the girl on the cover.

It's our Singapore's very own infamous sarong party girl isn't it?

I reckon its her.

Are the stories in the book real ? I m thinking of getting a copy but I won't buy if the stories are pure make-up stories and not real ?

Any bro read the whole book already and is it worth the money ? Thanks.

yes it's her. SPG. Had a rather intense fling with her before she hit the public consciousness. In her defense, much of what you've heard is all hype. And also, regarding the SPG thing, I'm just a local sg chap born and bred.
