Federal judge REJECTS plea deals for naval engineer and his wife for trying to sell information about nuclear-powered submarines to a foreign government - because it wasn't harsh enough
Jonathan and Diana Toebbe, 43 and 46, plead guilty in February to a deal of 12.5 and 17.5 years in prison for Jonathan, and three for Diana
The couple withdrew those pleas after US District Judge Gina M. Groh said the the terms were not proportionate to their crimes...
