Building mega shipping port will not bring shippers businesses to you.... no money to be made from shipping unless you are like China a manufacturing business economy...
Singapore as a shipping port does not make money too, it replied on logistic support supply fresh waters and food to shippers, laundry money serivces, prostitution whoring to shippers, gambling and airport services... and sin city services to shippers...
